Hello there! 👀 👋
Welcome to my Physiotherapy page! Here is a little more about myself:

Since childhood I’ve had a passion for sport and therefore decided to pursue a career that compliments my passion for sport and fitness.

I participated in athletics until my second year of varsity and unfortunately had to stop because of an injury. I do however still enjoy outdoor activities including cycling, tennis, bow shooting, horserding, etc. Training in the gym is also part of my everyday routine.

I have a special interest in Sport and post surgery Orthopaedic physiotherapy. I work with in-hospital as well as out-patients.

I also assist with personalised gym programs. 👊🏼
