Mandi, one of our Care-givers, is working 1 on 1 with Zanda during the lessons. Using a touch and feel book, Zanda, who is unable to see, was able to feel the different textures on the pictures of the animals.
Sadly, Zanda lost her eyes due to Cancer 3 years ago and has artificial eyes now. She has been really depressed and struggling to cope and this little activity gave her a glimmer of hope for her future.
