Myth Buster ✨

Myth: If pigmentation becomes darker after treatment, it means the treatment was not successful.

Fact: In many pigmentation treatments, darkening of the pigment can actually be a normal and expected part of the process. As the treatment targets excess pigment in the skin, it often rises closer to the surface before gradually breaking down and fading.

This temporary darkening is sometimes referred to as pigment lifting and usually lightens as the skin renews itself over the following days or weeks.
