I always recommend aqua to my patients! (No matter the age)

Exciting news, a new Aqua Class will be opening at Taryn's Swimming Academy in 2026.

This class will be specifically for Seniors and will be called the Senior AquaFit class.

You can expect a slower pace to my general AquaFit classes. In this class I plan to focus on strength building, increasing your range of movement. Working on Balance and Stability and improving Co-ordination. Expect aqua exercises, games and lots of fun. Also great to meet other seniors and to socialize.

First class starts Thursday 15th January 202t.

Meet Hallo Chiro

We met and studied at the University of Jo’burg, where we started seeing patients in 2015. We moved our practice to Cape Town at the end of 2017. We are both very passionate about being the best chiropractors we possibly could be. We serve on the Western Cape Branch of the Chiropractic Association of South Africa.
