the best ways to pack your backpack for healthier ergonomics.
1. Place heavier items at the bottom of the backpack and lighter
items towards the top. This helps maintain balance and makes it
easier to wear the backpack.
2. If your backpack has a laptop compartment, use it.
3. Pack essential items like keys, wallet, and phone in easily accessible pockets or right at the top of the backpack for quick retrieval.
