You can do this for 1 day thats only if you doing this at the beach or river or mountain and it’s far from your house at home you can do this for 3 - 5 days your choice

You can do this in the morning early between 3am - 6am or 12pm or 6pm or 00:00 these times your ancestors are very awake
6. What do you do with the things after ❤️🪔??
If you do this at home last day you let your candles burn until they are finish the R1s you buy with them at the shop or keep them to phahla with them next time the water in the glass your drink it or wash your face using it each day you add new water in your glass , if you do this outside you leave your candles there to burn out until they are finish

Make sure you have a white isiphika/Sepheka and white doek,white linen for under your pillow but uyiphahlele first. Use a white candle,white enamel cup with water. Phahla without calling their surnames or names just say my maternal and paternal family.seek their guidance, tell them you need them to show you the way and lead you.This is where you are supposed to start especially when you have isithunywa.then they will show you what they want. Just like the pic I posted wearing my yellow and blue coat after the process of white they showed me that one. Pay attention when they show you their regalia. Don't put blue on the right Kanti it was on the left as this could cause havoc for you. Understand what you are wearing. Never wear something you can't explain wait until you understand.ask them they will tell you or have a spiritual mentor who will guide you. The colours we wear have meanings. Healers can tell by what you are wearing what kind of spirit you have just by your attire. Empty your cup when you begin this journey don't ever think you know too much.
