Men’s Mental Health Awareness Session | 28 February

On the 28th of February, Black Centenary Diamond Nonprofit Company hosted a Men’s Mental Health Awareness Session creating a safe space for men to speak, listen, and reflect.

Conversations around mental health are not always easy, but they are necessary. By coming together, we continue to break the silence and encourage men to prioritize their emotional wellbeing.

This session forms part of our ongoing Inner Kings Forum, where we continue to create spaces for dialogue, support, and personal growth among men in our communities.

Because no man should feel like he has to carry life alone.

Men's Mental health awareness event hosted at Padiachy lifestyle restaurant in Tembisa, on the 15th of November 2025.

Sometimes our men need to be reminded of who they are, the quiet strength they carry, the kingship woven into their spirit, and the identity they deserve to stand fully and confidently in.
Life has a way of weighing heavily on their shoulders, and even the strongest men can forget the power, purpose, and goodness within them.

So remind them gently:
They are more than what the world demands from them.
They are leaders, protectors, visionaries, and builders.
They are worthy of rest, support, love, and understanding.
And they are allowed to grow, to heal, and to rise.

When a man remembers his identity, he doesn’t just stand taller, he becomes a force of grounded strength, quiet confidence, and generational change.

Let them step into who they are.
Let them reclaim the crown they were born to carry.
