Hastings Towers is hiring a Front Desk & Client Support Assistant.
We are looking for a well-spoken, organized, and proactive individual to join our team at Hastings Towers. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who can confidently manage front-desk responsibilities, assist with office coordination, support client communication, and help with social media-related tasks.
The successful candidate will be one of the first points of contact for clients and visitors, so professionalism, strong communication skills, and a presentable manner are essential. This role also requires someone who can follow up on enquiries, communicate well across phone, WhatsApp, and email, and contribute to turning interest into real business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the front desk and welcoming clients professionally
* Handling calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and general enquiries
* Assisting with bookings, appointments, and daily office coordination
* Following up on client leads and supporting conversion
* Assisting with social media communication and light content-related tasks
* Maintaining a professional, organized, and client-ready office environment
* Supporting the team with general admin duties where required
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good people skills and confidence when dealing with clients
* Previous experience in reception, administration, client service, or a similar role
* Social media experience
* Good computer skills
* Professional appearance and conduct
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
