Happy New Year & welcome to 2026! 🎉✨

As we step into a brand new year, I’m filled with excitement and gratitude for what lies ahead. 2026 brings some very special changes — I’m expecting my first baby and can’t wait to meet this little one in February 💛 This also means that, in due time, a new face will be joining the practice to continue caring for you all.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every patient who has supported me on this journey of opening and growing my own practice. I am truly grateful for the trust you place in me — trusting me with your pain, your recovery, and your wellbeing. I remain committed to providing the very best care I possibly can.

We are officially back, the practice is open, and I’m looking forward to all the new appointments and familiar faces in the year ahead.

Here’s to growth, healing, and an exciting 2026 ahead 🥂

🌟 One Year of Dreams Coming True 🌟

One year ago this month, I opened the doors to my very own physiotherapy practice — a dream that had lived in my heart since the day I started my studies.

About 1.5 years ago, my husband and I made the decision to move back home from the city, and I knew this was my moment: to build something meaningful in the farming community that gave me so much while growing up. Opening a practice here in Tzaneen has always been my way of giving back — a small way to say thank you for everything this special place has given me.

This year has been nothing short of a roller coaster — filled with early mornings, late nights, hard work, challenges, triumphs, and some truly humbling moments. There have been stressful days, heartbreaking days, and incredibly rewarding days. Through it all, every moment has been worth it.

Nothing gives me more joy than helping someone in need and knowing I can make a difference. 💛

To my friends, family, community, and every patient who has trusted me on their healing journey — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have been the reason behind every step forward and every smile at the end of a tough day.

Here’s to a year of growth, gratitude, and giving back — and to many more to come! 🌿✨
