VACANCY: Debtors Manager (based in Newton Park, PE)

The Debtors Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire accounts receivable function, including, but not limited to, managing the billing process, monitoring and collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the debtors’ team
• Oversee the work of Medical Aids Supervisor
• Monitor staff accounts for overdue balances.
• Monitor IBT accounts for overdue balances.
• Compile outstanding debtors reports monthly.
• Opening of wholesaler accounts and maintaining digital copies of application documents for inspection purposes.
• Authorise opening of accounts.
• Opening staff accounts.
• Monitoring of standard account age analysis
• Engaging with team to overcome any challenges in attempting to collect the debt or for explanations on abnormal target ratio fluctuations.
• Assisting team to hand over bad debt.
• Authorise along with store manager the write-off of irrecoverable debt.
• Monitoring outstanding COD’s and team assistance to stores.
• Monitoring outstanding script tracking and team assistance to stores.
• Monthly write-offs: x levy/stock acc write-offs
• Monthly Debtors meetings

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed National Diploma in Accounting or Finance related field
• Minimum of 5 experience in a similar position
• Experience working in Accounting / Financial Management and Debtors Management
• Experience in Unisolv, Pastel Partner and Positill
• Strong people management skills

VACANCY: Clinic Nurse (Sherwood, Gqeberha)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Child immunisations, flu vaccines & family planning
• Cholesterol, glucose, PSA, TB, HIV, Haemoglobin and Blood Pressure testing.
• Wound care, ear syringe procedures.
• Order and receive clinic stock.
• Record fridge temperature & maintain the cold chain.
• Daily registers of clients and record keeping.
• Keep clinic neat and tidy, filing & reports up to date.
• Assist with ad hoc off-site requests for vaccinations.
• Attend training.
• Market the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional Nurse registered with Nursing Council
• Current experience as a clinic sister/nurse
• Must be computer literate
• Customer orientated: friendly & professional
• Neat

On the 12th and 13th of June our Netball girls embarked on a extremely cold trip to Queenstown. Where they participated in the Eastern Cape Netball Championship in Komani.

Our Netball girls placed 3rd in the District.
We are extremely proud of their Team Work and Team Spirit .

We would also like to thank each and every business, parent as well as educator whom contributed to our girls, in order for them to attend the Championships.

VACANCY: Delivery Driver (Uitenhage)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Valid motorbike license (125 cc+)
• Must be familiar with the Uitenhage area
• Previous experience in similar role
• Matric Certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES
• On time deliveries to customers in a designated area or as instructed.
• Assist with ad hoc “fetch & deliver” requests for the Pharmacy, including the handling of COD money.
• Pay in COD money daily.
• Maintain the logbook daily.
• Responsible for speeding or traffic fines issued while the vehicle is allocated to you.
• Responsible for the excess payment where it can be proven that an accident was caused by negligent driving, or deviated from the route, or without permission, etc.
• Cell phone must be switched on when on duty and must be contactable until 20:00.
• Vehicle must be kept tidy and cleaned weekly.
• The privilege to take the allocated vehicle home and must provide safe overnight parking.
