Self-Care isn’t just about getting your nails and hair done or even taking a long hot bath, but it’s also about completing simple tasks that bring you fulfillment and joy.
There is no greater feeling than the feeling you get when you have completed your to-do list, an there is always a sense of accomplishment that comes with knowing that you have crossed out all the goals/plans/ideas you had for the day.
A simple thing like waking up an hour earlier than your normal time and making your bed, creates a great feeling. Above are just some of the list of things one can do, the list focuses on the little things that we may take for granted that focuses on body, mind and heart/soul.
