Risks of Excessive Screen Time:

- Delayed development
- Sleep disturbances

- Social skills impairment

Set Healthy Limits:

- Under 2 years: No screen time (except video chatting)
- 2-5 years: 1 hour/day of high-quality educational programming
- 6 and older: Consistent limits that don't interfere with physical activity, sleep, and other activities
