Rudeness is often just a reflection of someone’s inner chaos, not a measure of your worth. When people lash out, it’s usually about their own pain, insecurity, or unhappiness. Don’t let their behavior stick to you—stay grounded in who you are, and let their negativity roll off like water on glass.

As the moon rises in her fullness, we gather in circle with heartbeat drums, grounding barefoot on Mother Earth, and calling in our intentions through rhythm and vibration.

In ancient traditions, July's full moon marks the time when male deer, or bucks, begin to grow their antlers anew – symbolizing regeneration, courage, and rising potential. It's a powerful moon for setting bold intentions and stepping into your next level.
