Some of the pages I am working on in my new aerial play book. As I grow in thinking, so l the urge to create comes with me. I am excited to share this with you! The intention is that when you buy your new yoga hammock, you have some guidance and ideas on how to use it. Some info is not even in the aerial teachers training course.

Yoga hammocks are the funnest way to get fit I'd say.. expect for surfing... And normal yoga.. and swimming...

You will become more flexible, stronger, and feel better for using it x

I couldn't run for over 2 years. And reflecting on what I have let go of in my past, 'my' sore knee was one of those injuries that plagued me.
It's funny, because as I write this, I am walking around and I feel my leg's undercurrent hurting. I know it is only the residue as my memories remind my body of the pain of what I once held onto so tightly. My leg was dense, hard as a rock, and it needed to soften. It didn't need to push harder, to push through, to work the muscles around my knee.. I tired it all.. cleanses, needles, exercises. It wouldn't heal.

Until I let go. But not with force, that didn't work. It was when I gave my leg and my knee my full attention. And I gave myself space for my muscle tension to 'undo' itself.

And when it did, a flood of relief washed over me. I know the moment the muscle softened that I could run again.. finally!

And now I know what my leg needs, when I have pushed to hard. The beauty is, there is hardly ever a time that I do push to hard anymore (with my knee only 😅)

I'm not special. I just put in the effort. I tried something new. And it worked..yay!!
