Hours of play and fun for the whole family! My kids have one in each of their rooms where they make sleepy nests, reading spaces and a fun way to build core strength, co ordination and growing their brains... These are just SOME of the benefits!!

Loved by kids of all ages and sizes. The hammocks can be put up in trees, beams, or concrete ceilings too.

What is the Red Tent?

It originates from the old testament, where women were seen as unclean on their bleed. So they were banished to the tent to sit on their straw and cloth nest, where women got to rest. Their children were taken care of, their husbands didn't demand anything of them.. they rested. Rejuvenated. Practiced self care. They fill led up their cups. That is what these sisterhood circles have to offer. It never ceases to amaze me how I am moved after holding space or attending every. Single one.

And so, there are many many women remembering the Wisdom of the womb. Remembering that we are not in competition with each other, but collaborating in creativity.

I'm so grateful!

Something special.. my babies are growing up sooooo fast!!

I love taking aerial hammock with me when I go on holiday! Here we are in St Lucia loving the holiday vibes!
