Our Klapmuts Medical Centre vegetable garden, under the expert care of Oom Pieter and EPJ Kleinboerdery 🧑‍🌾🌱(Jeremy Van Kerwel)

Everything in our garden is grown organically 🙂 We let the sun, rain and soil do the work!

A healthy diet is one of the cornerstones of our overall health, impacting nearly every system in our bodies.

What you eat influences your risk of chronic disease, weight, gut health, mental health, immune system, energy levels, skin, hair, bone and muscle health and your longevity.

Next time you come to visit us, please feel free to walk around the garden before or after your consult with the doctor 🪴🩺🙂

Klapmuts Medical Centre, a place for the whole family 👦🏼👨🏽👩🏽👩‍🍼

We love seeing you and your kids, and to make the experience a bit easier for you, we have a dedicated kids waiting area designed to keep your little ones entertained while they wait to see the doctor (or while you’re in with the doctor yourself).

It can sometimes be scary for them, but we will do our best to make them comfortable and have a good experience, lollipop and all 🍭🧸🩺✨

Blood Tests 🩸💉

When last did you have a blood test?

Blood tests are important because they provide essential information about your overall health, and can also help to diagnose, monitor and even prevent a wide range of medical conditions.

If you are between the ages of 30-50, it is recommended to go for routine blood tests every 3-5 years to check for any preventable medical conditions.

From 50 years onwards, it is recommended to go for yearly blood tests.

If you have a chronic medical condition, blood tests are usually recommended at least once a year depending on your specific condition.

Although it can be scary to have the tests, the benefit to your health and wellbeing is worth it!

We are open weekdays 08:30 - 16:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 12:00, you can either book an appointment via whatsapp/call, or walk-in, our waiting time is never more than 15 minutes for an appointment.

Just across the road from Shoprite, nexto centrepoint and the hardware store, lots of free parking available.

Services include: medical conditions, children's health, family planning, women's health, skin conditions, minor emergencies, pdp's, injury on duty, medicals and more.

We have two doctors, and the dentist is just next door.

We will do our best to help you and your family with your health 😃👨‍⚕️
