You have been trying to lose weight for ages, but the scale simply does not want to budge. Does this sound familiar? The reality is that diets often promise a lot, but leave you feeling frustrated, deprived and demotivated.

This is one reason why the Body Lean Diet Plan was created in 1998. We want to assist people to lose weight in a nutritious way while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
