Over the last few weeks teams of residents have gone to assist a brilliant local community project Hlokomela clinic - the mission - to paint and clean up their roofs.

Nothing better for recovery than the wonderful opportunities to contribute to the greater good. We may not be able to contribute financially but with our hands and our efforts we can make meaningful difference.

Thank you to all the guys that did an amazing job there and for the energy and positive drives that was shown. Thank you also to the staff who transport and assist and get involved so that the residents can reach their goals.

It is with great disappointment that we need to postpone the support group until further notice. We do hope that we will be able to pick them back up very soon.

Unfortunately with the current health situation we are unable to commit to the required videos and support group times but as soon as we are able we will restart.

Supporter JRT 3 week postponed!

Unfortunately, as many of you are aware from the abruptly stopped meeting on Thursday and cancelled sermon on Sunday, that I am really not well.

As such we are going to have to postpone this weeks video and meeting as I await an appointment with a specialist.

I am sorry we are having to do this but we will resume as normal next week against any odds that may come against us.

All I will say is this week and next is the week that we meet resistance and defiance which we are already starting to experience with a few of the residents. This is a good indication that the program is having the desired effect and impact.

So if you as supporters are picking up some resistance please just note that this is a predictable part of the program.

Hoedspruit community is so awesome. Seeing the challenge take off we just had to get involved and do our own little Dance.
