I believe that EVERY person deserves the opportunity to align with their purpose and live their best life, and have made it my mission in life to change the world, one person at a time. Theta Healing® is rapidly growing personal development and energy healing modality. Through a range of tools and techniques a practitioner is able access the limiting beliefs and feelings stored in the subsconscious mind, and change them instantly into empowering ones. This is done through the energy of All That Is – the energy in everything. The practitioner does this from the theta brainwave. When we change what we believe, we change how we feel, which leads to making different choices and taking new actions. Hence changing our results and our life. Using a theta brain wave, the practitioner is able to connect with the energy of All That Is to identify issues with and witness healings, and to identify and change limiting beliefs. Discover the belief and feeling work that can change the thinking within you that is linked to illness. Theta Healing is essentially applied quantum physics. Using a theta brain wave, which until now was believed to be accessible only in deep sleep or yogi-level meditation, the practitioner is able to connect with the Energy of All That Is – the energy in everything – to identify issues with and witness healings on the physical body, and to identify and change limiting beliefs.

This past year reminded me of a truth we often forget: self-care is self-value.

Last month, Aligned With Life turned 5.
Five years of walking women home to themselves.
Five years of holding space for miracles, healing, and expansion.

It hasn’t always been easy, this business was born from grief, from a consuming emptiness I needed to alchemise. But from that void, something beautiful was created. And today, I want to honour it with 5 lessons I’ve learned along the way:

1️⃣ Choosing myself changes everything.
I’ve learned to walk away from relationships, environments, and patterns of self-abandonment. And I’ve taught my clients to do the same, to become a reflection of their power, not their pain.

2️⃣ I am the creator of my reality.
I’ve seen myself and my clients call in abundance, build six-figure businesses, attract love, and design lives they once only dreamed of. Delulu or not it works.

3️⃣ Grief can be a portal to purpose.
From my own loss, I built this work. I’ve learned pain can be transmuted into the most beautiful art, if we allow it.

4️⃣ Healing is always possible.
I’ve released parts of my past I thought I’d carry forever. And I’ve witnessed women release trauma, leave destructive marriages, reconnect with their bodies, and finally feel free.

5️⃣ Dreaming is sacred.
For so long I only allowed myself to be a realist. But giving myself permission to want more opened the door to everything I have created.

These lessons live in me, and in every woman I’ve had the privilege to work with. Thank you for letting me hold space for your miracles.

Here’s to 5 years of Aligned With Life, and to everything still to come.

I was recently awarded the African Excellence Award for Best Personal Development & Spiritual Coach 2025… and to be honest, I’ve sat with it for a while.

It came through a self-submission after they reached out to me. I didn’t go looking for this award, I simply followed the process.

But even after being chosen, something about it felt off. Contrived. Like… is it still valid if I put myself forward?

It made me reflect on how often we wait for external recognition to feel like our work is worthy.

And in that reflection, I landed in something much deeper…

Aligned With Life turns 5 this year.
And in these five years, I’ve witnessed things that still move me to tears.

I’ve seen women heal from pain and trauma that would’ve taken most people out.
I’ve seen them rise, building six-figure businesses, reclaiming their intuition, finally feeling safe in their bodies and at home in themselves.
I’ve held space for grief, for soul awakenings, for quiet revolutions.

It’s been real. Raw. Sacred.
And it deserves to be seen.

So maybe this award isn’t about being “chosen.”
Maybe it’s about me finally recognising the magnitude of what’s been created.

Aligned With Life is a space where miracles happen.
Where expansion is inevitable.
Where the work is deep, beautiful, and real.

To every woman who’s walked this journey with me, this is for you.
And to the woman who’s still finding her way, this space was made for you, too.

I’m currently in my “future wifey” era. Which means that I have taken a step back from Aligned With Life to cook dinners, rest, curate my new home and most importantly connect with myself and my future potential.

Think of me like Adele between her albums. Just like Adele prelaunch know that there is something happening behind the scenes 🤍

This morning I found a beautiful space for newness and walking meditations. I am working on two programmes and workshops. I am so excited for my new era.

The intimacy and transformation of this weekend still has my heart cracked wide open—in the best way.

This was the very first class I hosted in our newly manifested home… and the second group of incredible souls to step into this space. Anyone who knows me knows just how much this home has been on my manifest list, in my meditations, and whispered in my prayers since December 2024. And now? She’s here.

Five bedrooms. Flowing living spaces. Spaces decicated to work and create for each of us. A patio made for connection. Parking for students. Peace in every corner. Even a future nursery tucked away, already holding the vibration of new life and possibility. This home is more than a house—it’s a container for expansion, healing, and heart-led community.

And that’s exactly what happened this weekend.

Over three powerful days of Basic DNA, we explored the foundations of ThetaHealing®️: connecting to the energy of unconditional love, clearing deep-rooted limiting beliefs, activating intuitive gifts, and remembering how powerful we truly are. This group showed up with open hearts and a willingness to shift—and shift they did.

There is nothing like witnessing that spark ignite. That moment the light switches on inside, and you feel someone step into their truth. Every single woman in this class (and my teaching assistant) had that moment—and it was magic.

To our brand new ThetaHealing®️ Practitioners: you shone. You transformed. You reminded me why this work matters so deeply.

And this home? She’s already doing what she was built for. Celebrating our collective futures and looking forward to all the possibilities!

I am a born Spiritual Intuitive, having had my first spiritual awakening at the age of 8. It seems only natural that my life path would lead me to being a Soul-Led Intuitive Coach, Healer and Instructor. My intuition is my superpower and using it every day to enrich and expand lives is an absolute honour.

Having always had an interest in all things spiritual and esoteric, ThetaHealing® assisted me in making sense of everything. I discovered how to mediate easier, connect with my guides, angels, and ancestors, develop my intuition, start reprogramming my subconscious, and understand my limiting beliefs, all using the ThetaHealing Technique.

Congratulations to our new ThetaHealing Basic DNA practitioners!

Sometimes, the universe rearranges things in the most unexpected ways, making space for something truly meant to be. That’s exactly what happened with this weekend’s Basic DNA course.

I love celebrating fully booked classes, but I also have moments where I question myself when they don’t fill up as expected. This was one of those moments—until I saw the magic unfold.

This class wasn’t about numbers; it was about alignment. The synchronicities between these incredible women, all from different backgrounds and places, were unreal. And here’s the wildest part—we were all looking for a new home. Every. Single. One of us. And just one day after the course, my new home was confirmed. The divine timing of it all gives me chills!

Throughout our time together, I witnessed pure transformation—each woman stepping into her potential, awakening to deep insights, and receiving divine guidance. We set powerful intentions, and by this morning, one student woke up with crystal-clear direction on her life’s next steps.

She later shared this testimonial that deeply moved me:
