As the sun glanced over the mountain, while teaching yoga, I cheekily snapped a very quick picture - no idea it would come out so magically.
But I should have known - it was one of those perfect Llandudno days - I had a wonderful open hearted yoga student, we shared a very special early morning session together.

It's no suprise Frank and Jenna share a Sagittarius Birthday - happy happy Birthday to our wonderful Namaste Yoga teacher!! And thank you for all our fun adventure together.
