• Unexplained weight loss
• Blurry or changing vision

If you or a loved one experiences these symptoms, visit your nearest clinic for screening. Diabetes can be managed, don’t ignore the signs.

🌍 World AIDS Day - 1 December
Today we stand together to raise awareness, fight stigma, and support people living with HIV.
Here are 4 important facts about HIV everyone should know:

1️⃣ You can have HIV and not know it.
2️⃣ There is no cure, but HIV is treated with antiretroviral therapy (ART), which stops the virus from multiplying.
3️⃣ HIV is not spread through everyday contact such as hugging, shaking hands, or sharing food or water.
4️⃣ HIV is transmitted through specific body fluids: blood, semen, vaginal fluids, breast milk, and re**al fluids.

Know the facts. Stop the stigma. Protect our community. ❤️
