with SidebySide. What are some signs you need to look out for during pregnancy?

⚠️ You have severe headaches, your hands feel stiff, and your feet are swollen.
⚠️ You feel tired all the time and have little to no energy.
⚠️ You are constantly worrying, feeling hopeless and thinking of hurting yourself.
⚠️ There are little to no baby kicks.
⚠️ You have stomach and back pain even though the baby is not due yet.
⚠️ You feel like going to p*e frequently, and it burns.

3. Birth preparedness and complication readiness.
4. Self-care, including healthy eating options..
5. Information on the role of the father, the male partner and the family.
