As the Earth vibrates, the frequency is sent out and expands into the ether. It is the sound of truth. It is the sound of 'you'. You are a part of her and her sound is 'coming home' for you.
Now there are opposing frequencies being sent out by those who do not want Gaia and the human race to evolve and ascend. Please be aware of what you are listening to and taking part in. Is it feeding you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in a good way? Everything is vibrating in this universe and is affected by frequency. Be aware.

Each and every one of you is made up of the elements from the Earth. Your DNA comes from star families all over the Universe. You have a direct connection to Source. You hold the knowledge, mysteries and intelligence of the entire universe within you. You have the ability to adapt, grow and transmute energies evolving all the time. You are love, give love and able to receive love. You are a natural powered battery for light and energy. You are a Human Being evolving into a Super Human. Aren't you amazing?

One by one we each awaken to the truth about humanity. Some are more ready than others in this time. That is ok as humanity will awaken in different waves when their time is right. Each wave is needed when it happens. There will be no more pecking order. No being is greater or better than another. We merely perform different tasks according to our gifts and talents. This will allow a Soul happiness throughout our existence.

Ascension happens together, not alone. For those of us who think we are more spiritual than the next and we have the answers they don't, is completely opposite to what is actually needed. Why do we have so much help right now from the Galactics, from Inner Earth, from the Angels and from mother Gaia? As we open our hearts to our own selves, we open them to all others including those that live in other dimensions. Our compassion grows and support for every living being, no matter what situation they may find themselves in. Sending so much love to you All.

There is an ebb and flow to everything. A breath in and a breath out. These are natural patterns and cycles of this creation. In any activity there is a doing and working and then a rest. The day and the sun shines and then there is nightfall, darkness and the moon. Whatever activity you are taking part in be aware of where you are in the cycle. Work with the cycle to enhance productivity. Rest when the activity needs a space in between. The same goes for inner growth and spirituality, embrace the cycles of pure faith and then later questioning. All is good and all plays a very important role in you moving forward.

We have Galactic brothers and sisters and we have inner Earth Ancient brothers and sisters. All are working on the great reveal whereby the Earth's inhabitants will be informed of their existence. Why do we need to know? Knowledge is power. Our individual power has been taken from us. We have been manipulated and lied to by our governments and leaders. Society has been taught a way to live which is not conducive to happiness and inner freedom. We will be taking back our freedom. This will enable us to live from our hearts and embrace the beautiful Earth and Universe we inhabit fully and with love.

The time is here to sensitise yourself. In the past, those that were sensitive were ridiculed. We were taught to live from our minds and to block off the heart and any feelings we may have had. We are now being advised by the Archturians to sensitise ourselves. Allow yourself to become more sensitive. This will enable you to be in touch with your surroundings, your feelings and to be much more awake and aware. To enable your spiritual senses to grow and flourish. Use your body in the way it was designed for.
