Our Story
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. That is why we called it "laying on hands: or "hands on healing" its based on the idea that the " life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick and stressed. So with the "hand's on healing" we want our "life force energy" to be high, so we are then more healthy and happy.
