By the age of approximately 15, teenagers have an idea of what career they would like to aspire towards. Most schools give subject options when approaching a Grade 9/Standard 7 level and teenagers need to choose which subjects would be the best to take in order to shape their future according to a career aspiration.
At Tsebo Ke Thebe we offer Career Choice Assessments as well as Guidance at Grade 9 level in order to help learners choose a career based on their personal attributes such as their:
• Preferences
• Interests
• Values
• Motivations
• Aptitudes and
• Skills.
From there guidance will be provided in the form of which subjects to take and what direction to go in so that a learner is fully informed about him/herself, school direction as well as future careers.
