I have often heard in practice after seeing female patients a while after giving birth that they struggled through pregnancy with low back pain and pelvic pain. They say this as if they believe that this is normal.

Being uncomfortable through pregnancy is very common but pain, especially pain that interferes with daily activities and sleep is NOT normal and can be helped.
