It’s CAPA reviews, SOPs, strict protocols, logged deviations, audits, checks, and re-checks.

It’s the unglamorous work that ensures we meet pharmaceutical-grade standards and do things the right way, not the easy way.

Today at Ilco Farming, our team is busy with defoliation in Greenhouse 2 as we move into the final month of flowering.
Defoliation helps us create the ideal environment for healthy, potent plants by:

✨ Improving airflow through the lower canopy
🍃 Removing unnecessary excess leaves
🛡️ Reducing insect hiding spots
🌬️ Preventing hotspots that can lead to mildew

Every step is intentional — ensuring cleaner, stronger and higher-quality flowers. 🌱💚
