Yesterday i gave in to one of my hardest triggers and boy oh boy,healing isnt a switch, its really hard,somedays i embrace it and other times i am ready for war,however i strive for fewer triggers until i wonder when last did I have an episode.

What may seem the most little to others may be huge to others we are not the same,ba bang ba erwesa thaba,We really cannot choose how others react to our disrespect, disregard or even negligence and by that in others to stay clear of others wrath just try controlling yours to the best of your ability and let what is yours at your side of the fence!!

Ultimately boundaries and good fences make good neighborhoods!!
