West Coast Medical Rescue and Metro Ems is currently on scene at a collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of R27 and R45.

Multiple patients sustained injuries.

The roadway is partially obstructed.

FATAL HEAD ON COLLISION.
BERGRIVIER ROAD.

West Coast Medical Rescue and Metro EMS Rescue is currently attending an incident whereby two vehicles collided head on close to the Silos on Bergrevier road.

Reports from scene indicate one person has been declared deceased and three patients are in a critical condition being stabilized on scene and will be transported to hospital for urgent care.

Please approach the scene with caution as the roadway is partially obstructed.

SAPS,Bergrivier Traffic Services and Saldanha Bay Fire Services are on scene.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
CHATSWORTH MAIN ROAD UNDER N7.

West Coast Medical Rescue and Metro EMS responded to reports of a vehicle that overturned on Chatsworth main road close to the N7.

Upon arrival multiple patients were treated and stabilized with injuries ranging from serious to moderate.

All patients were transported to nearby medical facilities for further care.

SAPS and Swartland Fire services attended the scene.

FARMER LEFT IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER BRUTAL ATTACK.
LAMBERTS BAY, WEST COAST

This afternoon West Coast Medical Rescue responded to Lamberts bay after receiving numerous calls for assistance after a farmer was brutally attacked.

The patient was treated on scene by a local Doctor whilst our ambulance made their way to assist.

Upon arrival paramedics further stabilized the patient who became more unstable after suffering severe head trauma.

A call was made to airlift the patient to a Specialized Trauma center in Cape Town for urgent Specialized care.

Netcare911 Helicopter Emergency air ambulance was called to airlift the patient.

The patient was airlifted in a critical condition via Helicopter to Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital.

Our thoughts are with the patient and his family during this time.

We would like to thank the local Doctor and staff for excellent care provided to the patient whilst Paramedics responded to scene.

SAPS was also on scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

No serious injuries reported on scene.

The roadway is partially obstructed.

TWO CHILDREN SUCCUMBED TO THEIR INJURIES AFTER BEING TRAPPED UNDER SAND.
HOPEFIELD.

West Coast Medical Rescue, Metro Rescue and Saldanha Bay Fire Services together with SAPS are currently on scene where two children lost their lives after being trapped under sand in Hopefield.

They cause of the incident is still unclear and be investigated by authorities.

Our thoughts are with the families of the deceased children.
