MOTOR VEHICLE OVERTURNED.
DWARSKERSBOS ROAD TOWARDS ELANDSBAAI.

West Coast Medical Rescue, Metro EMS Rescue and SAPS is currently on scene at a vehicle that overturned on Dwarskersbos road.

One person was treated on scene for moderate injuries before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care.

All emergency services still on scene.

THREE FISHERMEN DECEASED AFTER BOAT OVERTURNED IN SURF.
SHELLY POINT, ST HELENA BAY.

West Coast Medical Rescue,NSRI,Metro EMS Rescue,SAPS and Saldanha Bay Municipality Disaster management responded to reports of a boat that overturned leaving three fishermen missing in the water.

Upon arrival a search was commenced by NSRI in the water deploying rescue swimmers who recovered all three deceased after an extensive search.

The bodies of the deceased were handed over to Forensic Pathology Services.

Our deepest condolences are with the families of the deceased.

HEAD ON COLLISION.
R27 WEST COAST ROAD.

On Sunday evening West Coast Medical Rescue, Metro EMS and Saldanha Bay Fire Services responded to reports of a serious head on collision on the west coast road approximately 20km before Langebaan.

Upon arrival Paramedics found two drivers of both vehicle still trapped in the wreckage. Saldanha Bay Municipality Fire and Rescue together with Metro EMS Rescue used specialized hydraulic cutting tools to free the patients from the wreckage.

Both drivers were transported by West Coast Medical Rescue under the care of Advanced Life Support Paramedics to a nearby hospital for further care. Two other passengers were transported by Metro EMS in a serious but stable condition.

Thank you to Langebaan SAPS and Western Cape Provincial Traffic Services for making sure the scene is safe whilst Paramedics worked to free the trapped patients.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
VREDENBURG MAIN ROAD.

West Coast Medical Rescue, Metro EMS Rescue, Saldanha Bay Fire and Traffic Services and SAPS is currently on scene at a collision involving three vehicles on Main road Vredenburg.

Reports from scene indicate three patients sustained moderate injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for further care.

The road remains closed for traffic.

West Coast Medical Rescue and Metro EMS is currently on scene at a collision involving a police vehicle and small motor vehicle.

Two patients were treated on scene for moderate injuries and transported to a nearby Hospital for further care.

One lane is obstructed.

Earlier this afternoon West Coast Medical Rescue and Metro EMS Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle that overturned on the gravel road in Duiker eiland ,St Helena bay.

Upon arrival Medics found one vehicle still on its roof in the road.

West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a collision involving a bus and bakkie.

FATAL ACCIDENT.
SALDANHA ROAD
VREDENBURG.

Monday evening West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle that left the roadway and overturned multiple times.

Upon arrival Paramedics assessed one patient who was found flung from the vehicle lying next to the car. Due to the severe injuries sustained the patient showed no signs of life and was declared deceased on scene.

Another patient was treated for minor injuries on scene.

Metro EMS ,Saldanha Bay Fire and Traffic services and SAPS attended the scene.

The cause of the accident is being investigated by authorities
