Join our team in Welkom! We're looking for an assistant to support our busy occupational health clinic.

**Responsibilities:**
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Managing patient appointments and inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out
• Supporting clinic operations as needed

**Requirements:**
• Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role
• Familiarity with SAGE software preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and customer-focused attitude

**Recommendations:**
- Spiro experience
- Vision screening experience
- Audio screening experience
