Restart a Heart – Learn Hands-Only CPR!

Every second counts when a heart stops beating. You can save a life by learning Hands-Only CPR — no mouth-to-mouth required, just your hands and quick action!

Here’s how:
1️⃣ Call for help – dial emergency services immediately.
2️⃣ Place your hands in the center of the chest.
3️⃣ Push hard and fast — at least 100 to 120 compressions per minute (to the beat of “Stayin’ Alive” ).

You don’t need to be a medical professional to make a difference.

This Restart a Heart Awareness Day, take a few minutes to learn Hands-Only CPR and be the reason someone gets a second chance at life.
