1️⃣ New clients still makes me nervous.
When a regular books, I know exactly what they want. But with a new client, I tend to overthink everything. Will they enjoy the experience? Are they happy with their treatment. Will they book again?

2️⃣ l Iove doing treatments, but my body not so much.
In my 20's (during the cruise ship chapter of my life) I use to do 12h shifts and have a night out afterwards and squeeze in a gym session. No problem!
Now my body aches. I physically can't work the hours that I use to. And honestly, I know that I don't have to 😉
In my 40's it's about balance and slowing down.

3️⃣ Our industry is always evolving and WOW there are some strange and wonderful things out there. Sometimes I worry that I'm not always evolving with the times and are "old school"
But then I remind myself that clients book with me because they trust me and not because I follow the latest trends.

Dear Client,

In many Spas and Beauty salons, clients are booked back-to-back with almost no time in-between. This means that treatment time is used for greetings, consultation and getting undressed. I've worked in many Spas, and I've seen this happen time and time again. It makes me really sad 😢

I want you to receive the full treatment time that you booked. This means that if you book a 60 min session, the hands-on treatment time starts as soon as you are on the treatment bed.

As far as I can, I book out a little extra time between my clients.
This is for you so that you can settle in, have a little chat if you wish or maybe have a quick bathroom break.
After your session there's time to enjoy tea and a little snack. No rushing out of the room.

My wish is to give you a truly nurturing and relaxing experienced.
Hopefully when you are in my treatment space you feel special and valued, and not just like another number. The only exception for cutting your treatment is if you are running late. However, I will always try my best to accommodate you😉
