The power of consistency.....

Here is my 6 months journey...

I promised to update all of you, and I am here for that today.

When I tell you that I know what hormonal imbalance is, I meant it...
Being insulin resistant and carrying traces of pcos in your body is real...

One slight mistake, your body misbehaves.

I am so proud of myself because this has been affecting me for years even post healing, hence my true and real understanding of pcos pre ans post healing.

Years later, post healing, I still had acne and discoloration to deal with.

How do I prevent future reoccurrence?

✅️ I have introduced chlorophyll
✅️ Using our skincare products
✅️ Treating the acne and pigmentation from inside also
