It's Comrades training season..I think it's one of my favorite times of the year..Everyone is out on the roads running pushing their bodies to the limits..And if you are anything like me that's one of the best feelings!
To all those who have qualified and secured their spot at the start line I'm so proud of you..for all those still needing to qualify you have so got this..
This year is a down run so make sure you get those quads, glutes and ankles nice and strong..and don't forget that core..
Don't forget to do your muscle maintenance, that's going to get you to the start injury free...I've got you ❤️
