Vitality 10km Review - 39:13
About 45s off the pace for a pb which I’m not going to beat myself up about. The goal here was to see where I’m currently at, a pb would be nice, but the focus is on the Chelmsford half in 3 weeks time.
The route is flat overall. The weather might of been a tad warm. Training and nutrition were on point. The focus needs to switch to improving sleep and decreasing stress.
I have a dry run at the Tiptree 10 mile where the goal will be to run at threshold for 60 mins to see where I currently am. If that goes well, we will attempt a pb in the half.
Client shoutout to great to travel up with you bud and enjoyed having a beer with you after. Your 10km time wasn’t bad either! 😉
