Whispers of the Heart” is a transformative two-hour workshop designed to help you step away from your busy minds and reconnect with your hearts, discovering your inner divine light and authentic self along the way.

Focused on self-love and overcoming fear, this beautiful workshop provides a safe space for personal growth and self-discovery. You will participate in guided meditations and one-on-one exercises, offering you an opportunity to nurture yourself. It is the perfect gift to you, from you. By taking the time to reconnect with yourself and your heart you will find all the answers that you have been looking for.

You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (pillows and blankets can also come along for upmost comfort). There will be chairs available for those who prefer not to sit on the floor.

What would the best job in the world be for you?
I am so darn lucky, happy and grateful that I have mine!
We have just finished an advanced CranioSacral Therapy course working with the brain.
Connecting, treating and working with structures so deep and so much a part of our functional essence that it could not fail to be profound.
And it didn't (fail that is).
Profound, healing and transformational.
What a job.

First free weekend in weeks and it's only just occurred to me that growing and cooking fresh food is how I practice self care❤️. The rise in my energy and the joy I get from it is priceless. Keeping active outdoors at the allotment, surrounded by nature in the fresh air, bathed in birdsong...magical. And then back home creating delicious food with the fresh vegetables. Self care is a joyous thing...treat yourself and make the time for it ❤️
