I (Lisa) saw this at an old age home today where I sometimes see some of the residents. It gave me a good giggle. Not too sure if I have a complete understanding of 2 of those. 🤣

Last month, I attended a pain course. And they showed this video explaining the relationship between load and capacity in our body and how injuries occur. It's a very interesting watch.

As most of you know, our physio sessions are always an hour long.
We have noticed a few trends though, in our patients, and would like to offer the following half hour sessions.

1. Sports Massage: many of our patients have recently requested this. Even though a physio doesn't just massage - we would like to offer this to our patients. It will just focus on massage. No major assessments. No exercise prescription.

2. Pre-op Care: so many of our patients have recently struggled after their operations. We would thus like to offer this to run through what to expect, how to move safely after your operation, what exercises to do beforehand and more.
This mostly includes joint and muscle operations. But if there is another one that concerns you - you can gladly phone and ask.
