Setting a goal for yourself, daily, weekly, yearly helps you to stay on track! So that you can keep stepping forward, in life whilst you heal yourself continuously. Most people, who have not been through Trauma, abuse or Grief - do not understand that the process is on going. In order to find some form of balance one has to learn, to adjust oneself to find an inner place of peace! Most importantly you need to find positive crutches, hobbies, exercise, faith and people that lift you up!
