We are all about supporting animal rights, so I, Miss Lily, am lacing up my running shoes and hitting the streets for the Run Your City 10k in July, with my goal being to raise R7500 for SPCA Durban! 🐶🐱

You might have heard that stretching is important but you don’t really know why 🤔 We asked Mr Lily why it is so key and this is what he had to say:

“Stretching is not just for after exercising - stretching for a few minutes at home lets your constantly tensed muscles return to a relaxed state, which in turn relaxes you. That, in turn, helps you sleep better. 😴
Stretching also keeps the body able to stay “long” so you don’t end up stiff and unable to move your body fully as you age.” 🧓🏼👵🏻
