Senior Property Manager / Property & Admin Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations at Ekandustria Park, Bronkhorstspruit.

This role requires a hands-on, on-site presence, strong people skills, and the ability to manage both the operational and administrative aspects of property management in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a desk-only role and requires regular site visits and physical inspections.

Technical & Physical Focus
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of buildings and common areas
• Perform basic technical checks (electrical systems, plumbing, infrastructure)
• Assist with minor troubleshooting and small maintenance tasks on site
• Identify maintenance issues and manage escalation to contractors
• Be physically able to walk sites and attend multiple properties daily
• Maintain a hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving ability

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee property maintenance, contractors, and service providers
• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests and operational issues, including coordination with general staff members
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, tenants, and contractors
• Track compliance, service schedules, and site requirements
• Attend and support operational and site meetings
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and internal systems
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff where required

Requirements
• Proven experience in property or facilities management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours when required
• Comfortable working in an office-based role with extensive on-site involvement

Yesterday we spent 67 minutes giving back — cleaning up the White River area near Buco, sharing laughs, and taking a moment to appreciate how lucky we are to be part of such a special community.

It wasn’t just about picking up litter. It was about showing up, coming together, and continuing the spirit of Madiba’s legacy through simple acts of service.
