WE ARE HIRING A MOBILE CRANE TECHNICIAN

About Us
We are a leading industrial solutions provider known for our commitment to excellence and safety. Our dynamic team is looking to expand with a seasoned professional who brings both expertise and a steadfast work ethic to the job.

Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile individual who can perform maintenance, services, and repairs, on MOBILE CRANES, from a 35 ton up to a 100 ton, all terrain machines, including, forklifts, heavy duty trucks and other vehicles in the fleet. The candidate needs to be able to diagnose the problem, come up with a solution and be capable of preforming the repair.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair on mobile cranes and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues specific to mobile crane systems in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work adheres to stringent safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document detailed service reports and maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management regarding operational updates and technical challenges. Requirements
- Must be able to write, speak and understand English due to documentation that needs to be completed daily.
- N3 and relevant Trade Certificates.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working on heavy duty trucks and machinery.
- Available to work overtime is a must.
- Must have own transport and a valid Driver’s Licence.
- Physically capable to perform the work required and clean bill of health.
- A Medical will be done, every 12 months as this is a requirement to be able to work in this industry.
- Must be of sober habits. No alcohol or substance abuse will be tolerated.
- Must have police clearance certificate.
- Must be well presented, reliable, loyal and be able to work independently.
- Must pays attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with clients and fellow employees.
- Most importantly passionate about his job.
