🦴 Boost Your Bone Health Naturally! 🌿

Adequate calcium and vitamin D are essential for keeping your bones strong and reducing your risk of osteoporosis.

🥛 While dairy products like milk, cheese, and yoghurt are great calcium sources, not everyone includes them in their diet.

Following a vegan diet or avoiding dairy? No problem — here are excellent non-dairy calcium-rich options:

✅ Spinach & kale
✅ Broccoli
✅ Calcium-fortified almond milk
✅ Canned fish with edible bones (e.g. pilchards, sardines)

☀️ Don’t forget your vitamin D! It helps your body absorb calcium. Get safe sun exposure or consider a supplement if you're not getting enough.
