Did you know April is Stress Awareness Month? Organised by the Stress Management Society, the theme for 2023 is to take action about stress and this is a message we fully endorse.
Emotional stress affects not only our minds, but it can also affect physical wellbeing. While not all stress is bad – our minds and bodies welcome positive stress – when stress becomes too much we lose the ability to process it.
