Moving a little deeper into practice this week i invite you to enquiring into questioning yourself

“who am I”

Sit with it, meditate on it, journal & write down all that comes to mind & then as you did last week, sieve through that which resonates with you & which doesn’t. Until you come to a positive affirmation starting with I am . . . .

Ground this affirmation into your earthstar chakra as described here & feel this exercise grounding you, calming your nervous system & bringing you into a state of balance, clarity & calmness.

Oh hat these last few weeks and months have been truly intense on all level. Whether feeling it emotionally, physically or mentally. Old patterns coming up to show their faces for us to look at and new hurdles to tackle at the same time. Finding our balance and equilibrium through it all is a constant act of trying to be present with not just ourselves but what’s happening around us and spurns the world can be super taxing on our nervous systems. So to all my felllow
Sensitives out there know you’re not alone. Try and take some time out to clear your schedule for the next couple of days or at least weekend so you can recharge, gain composure in order to move forward with more inner strength, vitality and clarity.

Hello lovelies! Happy MINDFUL MONDAY!

Gosh it’s been an emotional week but luckily I have all the tools of how to get myself back on track at hand and admit is the topic for our chat this Monday prompted by a quote by Steve Jobs.

„The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.“

No matter how ridiculous your dream, if your heart burst with joy for it I say do it!

Welcome to MIND BODY SOUL card deck Wednesday.

(terribly sorry about the noise in the background, so hard with builders working next door)

Today guidance brought us 4 exercises;
1 x mindfulness practice
2 x yoga Posture
& 1 breath work practice

1. Mindfulness exercise: Body scan - I connect with my body as I scan through my physical being, taking note of the signs it gives me.

2. Yoga Posture: Squat - Sitting comfortably in the squat I feel at ease, centred and focused. Opening my hips and groin, strengthening my stance.

3. Yoga Posture: Boat - As I balance feeling the strength of my core, I remind myself to stay afloat and use my strength to pull me through the roughness of the wild sea, by staying centred, focused and alert.

4. Breath work: Sound breath - making use of sound to heal, cleanse and clear your mind, body and soul. Feel the vibration of the sound move through you, cleansing you.
