Suitable for beginners in relatively good health or more experienced students who want to take it slow and go back to basics. THERAPEUTIC: Focus is on releasing tension from all the major joints in the body and strengthening the digestive sy
stem. Extremely beneficial for students with ailments like arthritis, rheumatism, high blood pressure, diabetes or any digestive problems. Also suitable for more advanced students who need a restorative class for their bodies and minds. ALL LEVELS: A more dynamic class with the focus on moving the body continuously with the breath. Variations offered for all levels of practitioners. Suitable for students in relatively good health. MEN ONLY: Ever thought yoga is only for women?
