The rhythm of passion, discipline, and storytelling continues to rise as the Boland College Gumboots and Drama young creatives prepare to take the stage for competition season.

Under the visionary mentorship of Artistic Director Keenun Wales and Drama mentor Arne Bosman, these talented young artists are refining their craft, embracing excellence, and transforming movement and theatre into powerful expressions of purpose and identity.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Boland College and to the Hugo Naudé Art Centre for opening doors, creating space for creativity, and investing in the growth of the arts within our community.
This is more than preparation — it is passion in motion, culture in rhythm, and a generation rising through the power of the performing arts.

Die verhoog is gereed. Die energie bou op. En die talent? Absoluut ongeëwenaard. 🔥

Hierdie 16 Junie 2026 bied Rebirth Dance Company in vennootskap met Hugo Naudé Art Centre met trots Art in Motion aan — ’n viering van kreatiwiteit, passie en beweging.

Van kragtige dansers tot dapper kunstenaars, sielvolle performers en vreeslose kreatiewes… Worcester gaan iets onvergeetliks beleef. 🌟

🎤 Oor die volgende paar weke gaan ons sommige van die ongelooflike kunstenaars voorstel wat die magie na die verhoog bring. Maak gereed om die gesigte agter die beweging te ontmoet. 💫

Na ’n week weg as gevolg van die weer, leef die energie by Rebirth Dance Company finaal weer — sterker, harder en kragtiger as ooit tevore! 🔥✨

Vandag het nie net die terugkeer van ons klasse gemerk nie, maar ook die opwindende onthulling van ons splinternuwe Rebirth Dance Company T-hemde! Om ons jong dansers met soveel trots en selfvertroue in hul nuwe hemde te sien, was absoluut besonders. ❤️

Hierdie hemde is meer as net ’n ontwerp — dit verteenwoordig passie, dissipline, eenheid en die gees van ’n nuwe generasie wat deur dans en kreatiwiteit opstaan. Elke danser wat dit dra, dra die hartklop van ons beweging en die krag van selfgeloof saam. 🌟

By Rebirth Dance Company is ons meer as net ’n dansskool — ons is familie. Ons is ’n tuiste vir jong dromers, kunstenaars en toekomstige sterre om te groei, te skitter en hulself deur kuns in beweging uit te druk.

Rebirth Dance Company is celebrating a powerful milestone in our creative journey. We are incredibly proud to share that Arne Bosman is representing us at the prestigious DCAS Scriptwriting Workshop — a transformative space dedicated to nurturing new voices, strengthening storytelling skills, and empowering artists to shape narratives that reflect our communities with honesty and heart.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is that all participating writers were given the opportunity to attend the Suidooster Festival, one of the Western Cape’s most vibrant celebrations of local talent, theatre, and culture. Being surrounded by storytellers, performers, and creators from across the province has sparked a renewed sense of inspiration and purpose within our team. It is a reminder of the power of the arts to connect, uplift, and ignite new possibilities.

For us at Rebirth Dance Company, this is more than just an event — it is a reflection of how far we’ve come and how boldly we continue to grow. It is a moment that affirms our mission: to uplift our community, to create meaningful work, and to open doors for the next generation of artists who deserve to be seen and heard.
