The Circle of Security International Parenting Course stands the test of time with its evidence and science-based emphasis on the importance of connection and relationships in nurturing healthy, secure children. So many of our children's emotional and cognitive struggles stem from difficulties with regulation in a world that devalues feelings and connection. As caregivers, we have the power to help our young children regulate no matter what they're going through. For many of us this isn't something that comes easily. This course supports you with supporting your child in a way that fosters (self)trust and (self) compassion.

I am thrilled to be presenting a 6-week Communications Group in collaboration with OT, Nicky Seymour! This group is specifically designed for tweens and will focus on building vital communication skills, managing anxiety, and boosting confidence. 💬✨

I've noticed an increase in anxiety among many of my clients, and this group is a wonderful opportunity to not only develop tools for emotional regulation but also to foster self-esteem and confidence in a supportive environment. 💪
