Through exercise, we aim to help you return to a healthy lifestyle; learning about your limits and educating you along the way in a fun and safe environment. We have helped many people overcome the fear and uncertainty that comes with a heart attack or cardiac-related incident. Exercise can be daunting and not entirely enjoyable for most people, and we've found that exercising in groups not only makes it fun but also makes it easier to stay healthy! For those who are not "group-people" or require more attention - there is the option of one-on-one sessions.
