Valid SAPS clearance
Relevant qualification in Human Sciences or Management Sciences
Qualification in Accountancy will be an advantage
Valid Code 08 driver’s licence
Knowledge of the welfare industry
Experience in elderly care services
Knowledge of policy and relevant legislation
Financial and personnel management experience
Ability to manage work procedures and operational systems
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
Business planning and implementation experience
Experience managing a large staff complement
