The new In Blue range is notable for the texture of it's fancy weave. The weave provides visual & tactile interest but is also functional in providing flexibility & thickness without weight, as well as breathability & moisture wicking properties. These qualities make it ideal for bedding while the drape of the fabric is ideal for curtaining. The supple & lush "handle" (hand feel) of the fabric is suitable for garments which require some substance but also comfort such as lightweight outerwear for transitional dressing.
The type of fancy weave is a diamond design - an extension of a twill weave with characteristic diagonal lines. Can you see the zig zag lines & diamond shapes?
