The 7 Biggest Mistakes Couples Make

1. Making assumptions (aka stories):
When you assume things without talking to your partner, you're basically having a relationship with yourself instead of them. Being in a relationship means understanding each other and including them in your thoughts. Assuming things hinders that connection.

2.Blaming each other:
Remember, you are responsible for your own actions. You always have a choice in what you do, even if it doesn't always feel like it. Blaming your partner limits the chance for growth and change. Both of you play a role in shaping your relationship, so focus on your own part instead of blaming the other.

3.Avoiding difficult conversations:
Avoiding important discussions only makes issues bigger over time. It's essential to take the time to address problems so they don't pile up and cause more trouble down the line.

4.Treating each other like roommates:
Don't forget to keep the romance alive. Continue going on dates, making efforts to impress each other, and prioritizing your relationship. If you stop putting in the effort, the romance may fade away.

5.Never saying you're sorry:
Apologizing can make a big difference. When you say "I'm sorry," you show your partner that you take responsibility for your actions and acknowledge the pain you may have caused. Too often, couples get caught up in proving who is right or wrong, which prevents resolution.

6.Expecting s*x to always be spontaneous:
With busy lives, unplanned intimate moments may not happen as often as you'd like. Scheduling intimate time together can be exciting and enjoyable in its own way. If you want to have more s*x or maintain a healthy s*x life, consider planning it occasionally.

7.Taking responsibility for your partner's emotions at your own expense:
While it's natural to want to protect your partner from pain, it's important to understand that expressing your own feelings may cause some discomfort. It's not your job to shield them from their emotions. Trust that they can handle their feelings and learn from any mistakes they've made.

Feeling stuck in life can be frustrating and discouraging, but it's important to remember that it's a normal part of the human experience. We all go through periods of stagnation and uncertainty. Instead of beating yourself up over it, try to focus on what you can control. Set small, achievable goals for yourself, and take steps towards them every day. Remember that progress is not always linear, and setbacks are a natural part of the journey. Don't compare yourself to others, and instead focus on your own growth and development. let's take a moment to check in on our mental health. We often prioritize our physical health over our mental health, but it's just as important to take care of our emotional and mental well-being

24/01/2023

Hey everyone! Wanted to share a quick thought with you all today. We all know that how we present ourselves to others can greatly influence how we are treated. If we present ourselves as objects to be used for someone else's pleasure, we are more likely to be treated as such. So, let's make sure we know our worth and communicate it to others through our actions and words. Stand up for yourself and set clear boundaries, because you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. Remember, surround yourself with people who value and respect you for who you are.

The Dark Side of Social Media: How Fakes and Proponents of Nakedness are Depriving Young Girls of Positive Role Models

In today's world, social media is a powerful tool that shapes the way young people think and feel about themselves. Unfortunately, it can also be a source of negative influence, particularly for young girls. This is because social media is often dominated by "fakes" and proponents of nakedness, who promote unrealistic beauty standards and a focus on physical appearance over other qualities.

One of the biggest concerns is that young girls are exposed to a constant stream of images and videos of women who have been heavily edited, filtered, and Photoshopped. This creates an unrealistic standard of beauty that is impossible to attain, and can lead to feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem. Additionally, social media is filled with images of women who are sc****ly clad, or even completely n**e. This sends the message that a woman's value is based on her physical appearance, and that she should be willing to exploit herself in order to gain attention and validation.

Another issue is that many of the "influencers" and "celebrities" on social media are not genuine or authentic. They often present a carefully curated image of themselves that is not reflective of their real lives. This can be misleading and can create unrealistic expectations for young girls who look up to these individuals as role models.

All these factors contribute to the lack of positive role models for young girls on social media. It is important that young girls are exposed to role models who promote healthy body image, self-confidence, and other positive values. Parents, educators and the society at large need to help young people navigate these platforms and find positive role models that align with their values.

One way to combat this is to support and promote real and authentic role models on social media, who are relatable and approachable. They can provide young girls with a more realistic view of what it means to be a woman in today's world. Additionally, parents and educators can play an important role in helping young girls develop a healthy body image and self-esteem by teaching them how to critically evaluate the images and messages they see on social media.

In conclusion, social media can be a powerful tool that shapes the way young people think and feel about themselves, but it can also be a source of negative influence, particularly for young girls. It is crucial that young girls are exposed to role models who promote healthy body image, self-confidence, and other positive values. Parents, educators and the society at large need to help young people navigate these platforms and find positive role models that align with their values and help empower the next generation of young women.

Alcoholism is a condition where a person can't stop drinking alcohol, and it can cause problems with their mental health. Drinking too much alcohol for a long time can hurt the brain and lead to conditions like dementia and depression. Additionally, it can worsen symptoms of already existing mental health conditions. Sometimes, alcoholism is also a symptom of underlying mental health problems like anxiety and depression. It's important to recognize the relationship between alcoholism and mental health issues to help people get the proper treatment.
